Camp Niwana offers year-round rentals for groups, families, and individuals.

We are especially well-suited for youth organizations, church retreats, outdoor training & workshops, school field days, specialty groups, LARPing, family reunions, geocachers and more.

All of our cabins are screened-in wood frame buildings with electricity.

A full bathhouse with showers, sinks, restrooms and changing areas is available just a few steps away from your cabin.

The Haskell Lodge, kitchen, dining hall, pool, Pillbox and Discovery are also available as add-on options, and are billed separately.

POOL

Fabulous pool!

There is plenty of space for your group to all swim together in our sparkling Olympic sized pool.

The large shallow end is 3-4 feet deep along with an ample 12 feet deep end.

VALLEY CABINSvalley1

(sleeps 10+ per cabin)

4 cabins available

Cabins in the Valley are screened-in, one-room cabins with fantastic wooden bunk beds and electricity.

A full bathhouse with showers, sinks, changing areas, and restrooms is available just a few steps away.

 

 

HILL CABINShill1

(sleeps around 10 per side)

3 cabins available (6 sides total)

Cabins on the Hill are screened-in cabins that are larger, and are divided into two sides. There is a partial wall that separates the two sides. These cabins are best for families or groups that want to be close together, but still have a little privacy. For example, many families have children on one side and adults on the other. This is close enough for comfort and security, but still lets the parents stay up a little later and talk, after the children have gone to sleep.

DISCOVERY CABINdiscovery1

(sleeps approximately 24)

The Discovery cabin is a screened cabin that is one large open room.

A full bathhouse with showers, sinks, and restrooms is available just a few steps away.

 

 

PILLBOXPillbox

(sleeps up to 6)

This is a screened-in cabin with electricity and bathroom facilities in the cabin. There are two small rooms, and one larger room. Larger groups usually use the Pillbox as a first aid station or infirmary. This cabin is also quite suitable for small families or individuals.

 

 

MARSHALL LODGE & A-FRAMEaframe marshall_lodge

(Marshall Lodge sleeps approximately 10 & the A-Frame sleeps up to 5)

 

 

These are screened-in cabins near each other.

A full bathhouse with showers, sinks, changing areas, and restrooms is available just a few steps away.

 

RESTROOMS / BATHHOUSE

Bathhouse

All units have a bathhouse/restroom just a few steps away from the sleeping cabins. These have modern plumbing, with hot & cold running water, hot showers, sinks, and flush toilets.

 

DINING ROOM & LODGElodge

These areas can comfortably seat about 100 people, and include tables and benches for seating. These spaces are great for having meals, meetings and workshops, large group program, and other activities.

 

 

KITCHEN (ADD-ON, EXTRA FEE)

The kitchen is a full size institutional kitchen that is suitable for cooking three meals a day for up to 100 people. We have a 6 burner gas range and convection ovens. We also have plenty of refrigerator and freezer space to store food for your group as needed.

 

EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE CAMP

This includes:

Main Camp Site areas (Lodge, Kitchen, Dining Room)

First Aid (Pillbox)

Leadership Staff Housing (Marshall Lodge & A-Frame)

Camper housing (Valley & Hill)

Additional features may be available as add-ons for additional costs (Pool, Discovery unit, specialty areas, etc).

Additional staff may be available as add-ons for additional costs such as Lifeguards.

 

COSTS & FEES

$750 a weekend for up to 50 people, including both your staff and your participants.
If you have more than 50 people, please add $10 per person for each staff or participant.

Weekend Hours:
Check-In on Friday: no earlier than 4:00 p.m.
Check-Out on Sunday: no later than 4:00 p.m.

If your rental group or organization would like to schedule an event, please contact us well in advance, as our calendar stays full, especially on the weekends.  If you need to schedule an event during the week or for early check-in or late check-out, please let us know, and we will do our best to make those accommodations. Organizations will need to provide proof of insurance by certificate.

Please be advised upfront, no alcohol and smoking are not allowed at Camp Niwana.
